Return Conditions

Are you not satisfied with your order? We're very sorry to hear that and would love to know what we can do to make you happy.

You can return your order within 30 days, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your bank account within 5 business days after receiving the return.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and tags attached.
  • The product must show no signs of use.

Returns Process:

  • Send an email to: info@isabellamae.uk
  • We recommend using a Track & Trace code for the return. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Return Procedure:

  1. Step 1: Fill out the return form.
  2. Step 2: Send the items along with the completed return form. Ensure that the package is sent with a Track and Trace code.
  3. Step 3: Receive the remaining amount in your account. Once we receive your package, IsabellaMae will ensure that the remaining amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days after receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: The return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Return Address:
If you have purchased a product that you wish to return, you may need to return it to the warehouse in China. Please note that the return shipping costs will be at your own expense. This is because the shipping costs from China are often very high, and it is not possible for the seller to cover these costs.

To return the product, you must contact the seller and request a return address in China. After receiving the return address, carefully package the product and send it to the provided address. Ensure that the product is well protected during transport, and choose a trackable shipping method so you can track when the package is delivered.

Once the product has arrived at the warehouse in China, the seller will check if it is in good condition and meets the return conditions. If these conditions are met, the seller will refund the purchase price. Please note that depending on the processing time of the seller and the bank, it may take some time to receive your refund.

Returning products to the warehouse in China can be a complex and costly process. Therefore, it is important that you are aware of the return conditions and associated costs before making a purchase.

Responsibility for Uncollected Packages

If a customer fails to collect their package within the specified time at the assigned pick-up location or address, the responsibility for the package lies with the customer. If the package is returned by the carrier to our supplier in China, a fee of €19.95 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer. This fee covers the return shipping and handling costs.
